Books on this site are sold by JWW Space LLC, Denver, Colorado.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is free via USPS Media Mail. Orders ship within 7 days of purchase, and Media Mail usually takes 2–8 business days to arrive.

Local pickup and events

In Denver, books are $19.99, sales tax included, and you take your copy with you. Email us to arrange a pickup.

Signed copies

Add a name in the inscription box at checkout and Jeff will sign the book to that person. Leave it blank for an unsigned copy.

Returns

You can return an unopened, undamaged book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Return postage is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Inscribed copies can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a mistake in the inscription.

Damaged or wrong items

If your book arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't need to send the book back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return (or approving your damage claim). Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Questions or problems with an order

Email jwwrites@jww.space. We answer within 2 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we'll make it right.

Payments and privacy

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We use your name, address and email only to fulfill your order.
